Medications: If your pet will be receiving medication during his or her stay, it must be in the original veterinary-labeled containers with instructions for administration. Vaccine Requirements: In order to protect the health of your pet, this facility requires documentation showing that all pets are current on vaccinations. Vaccines are required as followed: Dogs: Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella has been given and is current when boarding. We recommend to fax or email us the vaccine records as soon as possible, so we can reassure you the correct vaccines for boarding. If your dog is going to be boarding and your pet has never had a Bordetella inoculation -- or has expired, please make sure is done no less than 10 days before their boarding appointment. A Bordetella vaccine defends dogs against kennel cough, contagious bacterial or viral infection that lead to inflammation of the windpipes and voice boxes. Recommendation: Canine Influenza is a highly contagious respiratory disease that is caused by canine influenza virus (CIV). There are two types; CIV H3N8 and CIV H3N2. The best protection against canine influenza virus is to vaccinate your dog. Cats: Must be current on the FVRCP and Rabies within 3 years. Lobby Services 1. Pets must be picked up between 7a.m. and 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Friday, Saturdays 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and Sunday 1pm to 3:00 p.m. Pick-ups and drop-offs are not available on holidays.
